Pokemon Ranger 3: Tracks of Light

A third Pokemon Ranger game is set for release in Japan on March 5th.
The game is set in the Oblivia Region, where the Pokemon Nappers are goin' round stealing Pokemon.

What's currently own now:
*You can call upon certain Pokemon.
*There are Wi-Fi missions like in the 2nd game. The only one known right is a Deoxys one, which when complete gives you a Deoxys you can send to D, P, Pl, HG, and SS.
*A new multiplayer mode where players compete to capture the most Pokemon.

* The Deoxys event is multiplayer only. stupid, stupid, STUPID!
* Time travelling element.
A special Wi-Fi with Heatran that knows Eruption that can be sent to D, P, Pt, HG and SS.
A Shaymin Wi-Fi event.

LOL Multiplayer? Will the other player have to have the game. Oh and will the event on multiplayer be able to play with friends over wi-fi
