Yes it starts today. There's still no earthbound. The hanibi festival is when games that weren't realesed in europe get realesed here on VC still no news on mother/eartbound

The rumour is that EarthBound has a lot of music that sound very similar to copyrighted music, and that's why it's not going to be on VC anytime soon.
